Our product ordered before 14.00 wil be shipped by cargo within the same day. Your product ordered after 14.00 will be shipped by cargo next day. Your product ordered in the holiday and weekend will be shipped by cargo next business day.

 

When will my product ordered in the evening be shipped by cargo?

Your product ordered after 14.00 will be shipped by cargo next day.

 

How long does the shipment take?

After your order is completed and shipped, if you are in cities of Austria and Germany, your shipping is deliveried to your address the next day under normal conditions. The delivery time for other European countries is 1-3 business days. You can get detailed information about shipping and delivery from here.

Will I be charged for the shipping?

Shipping is not free of charge except free cargo campaigns. Shipping fee is included with VAT to your order during payment process.

The shipping company will deliver your order to the specified address. If you will not be found at your address, you can get your package from the nearest branch by the left note.

 

Who pays for the shipping fee of Cancel & Return and Change?

The customer is charged for the shipping transaction fee in case of cancel & return and change
